How To Read |
The main purpose of this site is to encourage you to to start exploring the
Scriptures for yourself, hoping that you too will experience, as I have,
the excitement of discovering new treasure each day.
The treasures
that I uncover in my own exploration are being presented
as an example of just one way of describing them. I've recorded
my discoveries as lessons so that you might read them in a studious
frame of mind. Be encouraged to do as Solomon advised ...
"Cry out for
wisdom and understanding. Search for them as you would for
lost money or hidden treasure. Then you will understand what it means to fear
the LORD
and you will gain knowledge of God. For the LORD
grants wisdom!
From his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He grants a treasure
of good sense to the godly. He is their shield, protecting those who walk with
integrity.
He guards the paths of justice and protects those who are faithful to him"
(Proverbs 2:3-8)
The lessons could be read individually or shared with friends in a home group.
It is important for you to read carefully, in your own Bible,
all of
the Scriptures referred to in the lessons.
By way
of revision, if you are reading the lessons personally,
or to promote discussion if you are leading a group,
you may like to work through the Lesson Review given at the end of each lesson.
And thinking about the questions may also suggest other areas of the Scriptures
for you to explore.

New Discoveries are always being made and shared on this site.
If you go off to do some exploring of your own perhaps you would like
to post us a copy of what you have found. We could then publish your findings
in the site
under your name and with copyright retained by you.
